We welcome small to large dogs and offer safe, secure accommodations for guests of various temperaments. Dogs stay in indoor suites with connected private outdoor patios (weather permitting), plus a consistent routine and personalized care

FAQs
Here are some common questions about our services, pricing, and booking process.
We permit up to two toys per pet, one small blanket/towel/sheepskin mat, owner-provided treats, and food.
Glass, raw food, beds with stuffing, crates, large blankets, and additional select items are prohibited for safety reasons.
Dogs receive two walks per day and a comfy cot; cats get cozy bedding; bowls and fresh water are provided, along with report cards and attentive staff.
Families can share appropriately sized accommodations, but dogs and cats must be kept separate.
Proof of the following vaccinations is required prior to your first visit:
- For dogs: Rabies, Parvo, Distemper, and Bordetella.
- For cats: Rabies, Feline Leukemia, and FVRCP.
If a vaccine is new or has been lapsed for more than a month, it must be given at least before arrival.
- Flea/tick prevention: All guests must be on monthly flea/tick prevention and arrive parasite-free.
- Health restrictions: No pets with open wounds/stitches, contagious illness, pregnancy, or terminal illness. If your pet has had medical treatment, written veterinary clearance may be required.
Dogs do not need to be spayed/neutered to board. However, dogs over 6 months must be spayed/neutered to participate in group play/daycare (unless under 6 months). We can offer alternatives like private play, extra walks, or private pool time instead.
Some restricted breeds may board, but they are not eligible for daycare or any group activities.
Absolutely. Tours are welcome during normal business hours. Stop by and we’ll show you around.
Our animal care team is on-site 7 days a week from 6:45 AM to 6 PM. After hours, the property is protected with 24-hour security surveillance. Dogs have access to private indoor/outdoor runs for potty breaks, except during extreme weather.
We monitor guests closely and keep daily notes on eating, drinking, potty breaks, temperament, and medications. If there’s an issue, we contact you first—then your emergency contact if ever needed. In an emergency, we can transport your pet to your veterinarian (within 25 miles) or to an emergency clinic after hours. Any veterinary and transport/attendance fees are the owner’s responsibility.
Yes. If your dog is new to daycare, they’ll need to complete an evaluation first. Daycare requires spay/neuter for dogs over 6 months and dogs cannot be on the restricted breed list. Boarding dogs who qualify can join daycare during weekday hours.
Accommodations are heated and cooled year-round, and temperatures are monitored closely. During extreme heat/cold or storms, outdoor access may be limited to keep pets comfortable and safe.
