Multi-level kitty condos
Cats don't relax on the floor. They relax up high, with a view and an exit route — which is why every guest stays in a multi-level condo, not a single-story cage.
Sharing is by household only. Cats from the same family may share a condo. Cats from different households are never placed together — no exceptions.

Some cats want to be left alone for a week, and we respect that completely. Others get bored by day two and start looking for someone to supervise. Will my cat be anywhere near the dogs?
No. Our cattery is a physically separate, sound-isolated space with its own climate control — a calm room away from the dogs. Cats don't share air, walkways, or sightlines with our canine guests.
Will my cat be housed with other cats?
Only cats from the same household may share a condo. Your cat will never be placed with an unfamiliar cat.
What play equipment is in the cattery, and will my cat use it?
The cattery has high-quality climbing, perching, and scratching equipment plus interactive toys. Cats use it one household at a time during supervised play sessions, and it's sanitized between guests. Not every cat wants to play, and that's fine — we follow your cat's lead.
How much does cat boarding cost in Nashville?
At Pet Resorts of America, cat boarding starts at $50 per night, with 10% off for military and first responders and $20 off your first reservation. Meals from home, medication, and updates are included.
How often is the litter box cleaned?
Litter service runs on a set schedule, so your cat always has a clean box. If your cat is particular about litter type, send yours along and we'll use it.
What should I bring for my cat?
Food for individual meals, any medication in its original package, and a familiar toy or blanket. We provide beds, blankets, bowls, fresh water, and litter service.
Can you administer medication?
Yes, and there's no extra charge for it. Tell us what your cat takes, how much, and when at booking, and send it in its original labeled package. We track medications in daily notes along with eating, drinking, and litter box habits.
Can my cat get attention and playtime?
Absolutely. Supervised play on our play equipment is part of the stay, and Extra Playtime adds dedicated one-on-one time with a team member. Let us know at drop-off what your cat enjoys.
What if my cat is shy or doesn't eat the first day?
This is very common, and we watch for it. A quiet environment helps most cats settle within a day. Our team notes appetite, water intake, and litter box use every day, and we'll call you if anything looks off rather than waiting for pick-up.
Do cats need to be spayed or neutered to board?
No. Cats board in single-household condos, so spay/neuter isn't required.
Can I tour the cattery before booking?
Absolutely. Tours are welcome during normal business hours — come see the space, the play equipment, and meet the team.
Is someone on-site 24/7?
Our animal care team is on-site seven days a week from 6:45 a.m. to 6 p.m. After hours, the property is protected by 24-hour security surveillance.
What happens if my cat needs a vet while I'm away?
We contact you first, then your emergency contact if we can't reach you. In an emergency, we can transport your cat to your veterinarian within 25 miles, or to an emergency clinic after hours. Veterinary and transport fees are the owner's responsibility.
How far in advance should I book cat boarding?
For everyday travel, a week's notice is usually fine. For Thanksgiving, Christmas, spring break, and summer, cattery space typically fills several weeks out — reserve as soon as your dates are set, or hold your space in advance; there's no cancellation fee.
