  1. CHECK OUT TIME IS: 1:00 PM
      An additional ½ day will be charged if you
      choose a Sunday afternoon pick-up or if you
      choose to pick up after 1:00 PM on your
      check-out day.

  2. (HOLIDAY ONLY) The HOLIDAY RATE is 10% more
      than the regular rate. Applies during holidays and summer.

  3. (HOLIDAY ONLY) We require a CREDIT CARD to hold holiday
      reservations, and there is a $75 CANCELLATION FEE.
      To avoid being charged the $75 Cancellation Fee, you MUST
      cancel 4 days prior to your arrival date.
